A white wine-like junmai-shu that uses Japanese rice prepared with wine yeast.
A junmai-shu, which was made only with rice made in Japan, prepared with wine yeast, and brewed using our unique methods.
You can clearly taste the rice in the sweet-and-sour flavors similar to white wine.
Arroz means “rice” in Spanish.
Please serve it cold.
