    A lightly textured junmai ginjo-shu. It will refresh you even on hot summer days.

    This genshu has a 14% alcohol content and is characterized by a refreshing acidity and a faint ginjo aroma. It uses Awa Yamada Nishiki produced in Tokushima and has a strong taste. It is diluted and pasteurized right after pressing and then bottled fresh.
